Continuous Improvement in User Experience – Xinyonglong Intelligent Equipment Engineers Hold Technical Seminar on Ice Cream Vending Machines
At 5:30 p.m. yesterday, the R&D and after-sales engineering team of Guangzhou Xinyonglong Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held a technical seminar in the company meeting room focused on the company’s ice cream vending machines. The meeting reviewed the performance of Xinyonglong’s ice cream vending machines in overseas markets and discussed specific user experience details based on feedback from some customers, with the goal of further enhancing the stability and reliability of the ice cream vending machines.
During the meeting, after-sales engineers first shared operational data and customer feedback collected from overseas markets. They highlighted several minor, scenariospecific issues reported in individual ice cream vending machines, including occasional cooling fluctuations in hightemperature environments, rare cases of product jamming at the pickup area, and isolated instances of delayed response on the user interface. A company representative emphasized that while these issues occurred under specific conditions and accounted for a very low percentage of overall operations, Xinyonglong takes every piece of feedback related to its ice cream vending machines seriously and remains committed to addressing all customer concerns.
Regarding cooling stability, engineers from the refrigeration team analyzed factors such as temperature sensor accuracy and condenser fan heat dissipation efficiency. They proposed optimized calibration procedures and upgrades to the heat dissipation structure to further improve the adaptability of the ice cream vending machines in hightemperature environments.
Mechanical engineers focused on the occasional jamming issue at the pickup area. Using onsite photos and structural diagrams, they suggested adjusting the spacing of the delivery track and optimizing motor control algorithms to reduce the risk of smallsized products getting stuck during the dispensing process of the ice cream vending machine.
